Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Forti8 provides website design and development, SEO/AEO/GEO visibility services, AI automation, and lead generation campaign management. Specific deliverables are defined per engagement in a separate scope agreement.

2. Payment Terms

All pricing is quoted in USD. EUR and COP invoicing is available on request. One-time projects (Starter, Professional, Enterprise setup) are paid upfront unless otherwise agreed. Recurring services (Growth Engine, Enterprise management) are billed monthly.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client owns the final deliverables produced for their project. Forti8 retains the right to reference and showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability

Forti8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the applicable engagement.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Forti8's operations. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and arbitration where required.
