Built by an operator. Not an agency.

Forti8 was founded by Kevin Clement to replace expensive manual work with software. We design and build custom operational software, internal platforms, SaaS products, and AI systems that do actual work.

The origin

Fifteen years in recruitment and consulting — including IT hiring for clients connected to PwC, Deloitte, and Brussels Airlines — taught him the same lesson: growing companies lose hours, money, and control to spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and processes that live in one person's head. He founded Forti8 to encode how a business already operates.

How we work

Forti8 is intentionally small. You talk to the person scoping the system. We map the process, design the smallest system that pays for itself, and you own the software. No account-manager layers.

Where we work

Based in Bucaramanga, Colombia. Clients in Europe, the United States, and Latin America. Dutch, English, Spanish, and French.

What we believe

  • Software should pay for itself in hours recovered, errors removed, and control of the process.
  • Use a standard tool when it fits. Build custom when the process is the advantage.
