Terms of Service

1. Services provided
Forti8 designs and builds custom business software, AI automation, and operational platforms that replace manual work (Excel, WhatsApp, and processes that live in one person’s head). Specific deliverables, scope, integrations, and milestones are defined for each engagement in a separate scope agreement. Forti8 does not sell website packages, SEO/AEO/GEO as a standalone product, or lead-generation campaigns.
2. Payment terms
Let’s discuss your operation to understand your needs and define the next steps. Development work is defined by scope, not packages: after the Radiografía, Forti8 presents a fixed, detailed proposal with scope, price, and timeline before any work begins. Invoicing is available in COP, USD, or EUR on request. There are no Starter, Professional, or Enterprise website tiers, Growth Engine package, or recurring monthly website fees.
3. Intellectual property
Once final payment has been made, the client owns the final deliverables produced for their project. Forti8 retains the right to mention and display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Limitation of liability
Forti8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant engagement.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws in the jurisdiction of Forti8’s operations. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, where applicable, arbitration.
